Steps to Preparing a Relaxing BathAt the end of a long day of work activity every lady desires to relax. Whether your work activity is in or outside the home relaxing at the end of the day is always needed. There are a few things to help your bath time more refreshing.  Make sure that the bath is not too hot which can irritate your skin and generally not feel relaxing. After adding your best bath set fragrance to the water, prepare your other bath and body products for use after the bath.  Get some nice fluffy towels, something to wear when you get out of the bath, and arrange some aromatic candles in the bathroom for a soft relaxing light.

Step out of the tub and use your fluffy towel and use your favorite body lotion to moisturize your skin.  Body butter is economical and widely available and is very nourishing too.

Exfoliate Your Hands

Your hands are probably on display a lot more often than you realize. Simply consider how often you are out amongst people. A good body lotion that provides moisture to the hands is a good choice.  Unless your hands are in your pockets, people are looking at them. The following five tips will make your hands softer than you ever imagined.

Use a small amount of bath crystal to get rid of the dead skin on your hands.  Before I say another word, add a little body scrub your liquid hand soap, and wash as usual and rinse. Have your hands ever felt this soft and silky?
