Foot CareI like wearing my high heels. I am also always on the lookout for awesome shoes with low heels, but I have to admit, I usually fall or higher heels. So when I do find a low-heeled shoe that gets my attention, it is an occasion worth celebrating. I have learned by experience how to pick accessory bath sets with spa foot care products.

Massage your feet favorite body cream to stimulate the circulation. High heels may look good but they contribute to tired feet syndrome. Be kind to your feet. You will have them for a life time.

Body PleasureBody Pleasure

The best decadent pleasures are those that temper guilt with built-in benefits.  Think for a moment about your best bath time pleasure.  Whether memories of opening your favorite Jasmine scent bath and body gift set or a total massage with your favorite body cream or something less dramatic comes to mind.   The after bath pleasure massage for stress relief, red wine for heart health a vanilla aromatic candle can be the prerequisite for restful night.  Eating prior to going to bed may sound good. However, there is a cream that comes guilt-free–namely, creamy all-natural scent fig body butters, which have sinfully rich ingredients working overtime to soothe your skin.

“Shea butter and cocoa butter are known occlusives that hydrate by forming a protective barrier over the skin to prevent moisture loss in dry, winter environments,” says Philadelphia dermatologist Susan C. Taylor, M.D. The same goes for butters and oils extracted from the mango seed, fig, and the Hawaiian kukui nut. Once these are whipped up with other nourishing ingredients, they become the perfect cold-weather remedy for dry, rough skin. The is not only for use in the winter, but all year long.

Foot ScrubFoot care is very important in every phase of your life.  Some time the impression is given that care should be given to the feet only if there is an illness or circulatory problem.  But special attention should always be given to the feet care.  Whether using bath crystal or organic soap or prescription medication, your feet will benefit from the warm soaks.   It’s important to put “your best foot forward.” Be kind to your feet. Years of wear and tear can be hard on feet. So can disease, bad circulation, poorly trimmed toenails, and wearing shoes that do not fit right. Foot problems are sometimes the first sign of more serious medical conditions such as arthritis, diabetes, and nerve or circulatory disorders.

One easy step to take is to remember to put your feet up when you are sitting down. This helps keep blood moving to your feet and can stimulate circulation. So can stretching, walking, or having a gentle foot massage. Try using the foot massager in a spa bath set to promote circulation. A warm foot bath is also helpful, but make sure your feet are dry before you put on your shoes. Try to avoid pressure from shoes that do not fit. Do not sit for a long time or keep your legs crossed for too long.

Pomegranate Real ResultsThe pomegranate has been used for medicinal purposes since the times of the ancient pharaohs of Egypt. The fruit is mentioned in the Bible and can be found in our modern coffee shops today.

Pomegranate seed oil has been shown to be protective against skin cancer in an animal study. Pomegranate juice is said to have more antioxidant properties than comparable quantities of green tea or red wine. That can account for it beneficial results in bath and body products.  It is this antioxidant property that helps soak up damaging free radicals which cause fine lines, wrinkles, brown spots, and other signs of aging. It has many other great skin protective qualities.

Hand MassageHands are the most visible parts of you, but they also take a lot of abuse. You use them in everyday activity, and yet, they are the ultimate accessory. You must give them the same attention you give your face. Many people would not consider going out of the house without careful attention to the face however, many time using a hand cream does not enter out mind before dashing out the door.

Special attention can be focused on the hand while doing our daily chores.  Put a little olive oil in your dish water to soften your hands.  Then when the dishes are done use a gentle hand cream moisturizer. Massage the back of you hand in a circular motion to stimulate blood flow and circulation to your finger tips.
