Mint is cooling, refreshing, and astringent to the skin. It is also very cleansing, and great for a putting in a bath on a hot, muggy summer day on to excite the senses in the winter. Relaxing in a warm bubble bath with that hint of mint is heavenly. The mint family includes peppermint, spearmint, and lemon balm, and all but spearmint contains menthol. The oils of the mint family are antiviral, antibacterial, and antiseptic.
 
Fill a bath with cool or warm water. Add 1-2 caps fill from the mint gel from the mint bath set. Alternatively, make a cup of very strong mint tea, cool, for after the bath. Enjoy!
