Exercise makes you feel healthy and energized. Getting a body scrub after a good workout can give your skin that same healthy energized feeling. After a good work out a warm bubble bath in a relaxing spa can help one relax.
If you choose water aerobics for your cardio workout a rub down in your favorite body lotion will keep your skin soft after workouts. A routine cardio workout doing 30 to 60 minutes of aerobic exercises at least 3-4 times each week is a great benefit to the heart. Try alternating typical aerobic exercises including bicycling, walking, hiking, dancing and swimming.
