While today’s bath and gift set enthusiasts may view jasmine scent or natural scent gift set as top choices.  A vanilla bath set or blend of Vanilla and French Vanilla fragrance are great fragrance choices too.  Because it became such a popular choice for beauty consultants, vanilla fragrance has become the standard bearer of flavored fragrance family, closely followed by rose and strawberry. The complex flavors created by the vanilla bean, a member of the orchid family, were never however, intended to become a generic base.

There are several variations on the standard vanilla flavor, including a particularly rich and creamy variety called French vanilla. While both traditional vanilla and French vanilla flavors can still be used as a base for bath fragrances and aromatic candle, there are a few differences between them. Traditional vanilla flavor is derived from the seeds of a vanilla bean pod, or at least a synthetic chemical equivalent called vanillin. French vanilla thicker and has more of a richer consistency than vanilla.
