On average, people need around eight hours of sleep a night; however, this varies depending on the age of the person. The preparation prior to bedtime can have a profound effect on the sleep soundness. A lavender bath set bubbles in a warm bath can produce a pleasant introduction for a peaceful sleep.
If we are regularly short of sleep, then our concentration and our effectiveness suffer and our energy levels decline. We have all seen and experienced this. But changing our prep time can produce dramatic results.
