Staying HappyHappiness is difficult to define and even harder to measure.  We have determined that happiness in what you make of it.  A good way to start in the morning is with a refreshing shower of natural bath products.   As a relative state, happiness is what psychologists call our “subjective well-being” and, fortunately for us, it is a state that we can actively change for the better.

A great way to stay habit is to change your daily routine.  Try something different. Change your cheap cologne to something you really like.  Laugh a little.  After a while you will find yourself laughing a lot.
