Breathing to RelaxBreathing to relieve stress and anxiety is one of the simplest methods used to reduce tension.  It is cost effective and only requires a change in ones thinking pattern.  Allowing oneself to get stress out can take years from your life.  Whether you a making a million dollar investment decision or just deciding between a vanilla bath set or a coconut bath set, it is no reason to get stress out.  Taking a deep breath can help you put things in prospective.   In addition changing your breathing is one of the quickest and most effective was of changing how you feel.

Altering your breathing instantly alters your mental, physical and emotional state!   For example sitting quietly and allowing your breathing to become calmer, slower and shallower can produce a calmer state within a few minutes.
